A PERFECT MATCH
We are so happy that we picked 1, 2 Step entertainment for our wedding. I was focused on not only having a professional dj, but someone who was approachable, helpful and honest. We found it!!! Our very first meeting went great and we knew that this company and our DJ was a perfect match. I am always the one who stays on the dance floor at events and I would say this was the most important thing for me. The online access and planner was fun and helpful. I didn't have to worry about hearing songs I didn't want to hear. I also appreciated the great job that tom did with mixing the music and reading the crowd. He sounded great and kept everyone's attention. I was excited to see our dj when I exited the limo. As soon as I saw him I knew everything was going to be okay and run smoothly. Imagine, feeling comfortable and less stress because your dj is so awesome. I honestly couldn't have found a more perfect fit. 1,2 step entertainment exceeded my expectations in a wedding dj company and left me feeling great about my decision. I would recommend them to everyone. I am excited to that they will be the company at a fundraiser honoring a friend of ours that just passed away due to cancer. I am so proud that they are a part of it and am so excited to see them again. Thank you

The Best DJ By Far!!!
1,2 Step was so easy to work with. I liked that you could plan your whole event online. When you did have to call they were always so pleasant on the phone. I've never been to a wedding where the guests didn't want to leave because they were having so much fun. Until my own wedding, they kept the party going until the bitter end. I was so impressed with how professional and fun they were...I saw the DJ dancing for a second, I liked it though because they interacted with my guests. I would recommend 1,2 Step to Everyone!

Amazing
This company is awesome! Very professional, attentive, and easy to work with. We were thrilled with their work and we have had rave reviews from guests about how wonderful the music was. I was able to step back and let them do their thing without needing to worry which is very helpful for a busy bride. When the florist came to pick up the centerpieces at 1am, he said that he had never seen a dance floor that full at the end of the night. I attribute this to our amazing DJ! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Perfect
Our DJ was GREAT! He has a very pleasant personality and does his best to get the crowd involved, he even got out on the dance floor a few times himself to try to get everyone involved. The lighting and sound was perfect! He played all the songs we requested and if someone else requested a song he double checked with the bride and groom before playing it to make sure we were ok with it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a DJ. Thanks soo much for hosting a great night!

OUu DJ was VERY professional, friendly and so easy to work with. He worked with us from set-up to tear down, and even met with us prior to the event to go over every detail. The music he played kept our crowd happy and very entertained. We, at the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit, plan on hiring him for other gigs. Couldn't Have Asked For A Better DJ

The best around!!!!
These guys are simply the best! I just had my wedding 2 weeks ago...Everyone after the wedding continued to talk about how well run our reception was! Especially my dad he was so imprressed:) And it was all the dj! He made the reception run so smoothly and is such a wonderful person to have run the show! The timing of everything was simply perfect. I could not recommend these guys any higher...they deserve the greatest rating! Thank you for making my wedding the greatest day of my life...

The owner of 1, 2 Step Entertainment was the DJ for my wedding and I was very pleased with the outcome of the event. He did a nice job with the selection of music and his website it extremely helpful for song requests. The crowd had a wonderful time. He did play a song or two longer than expected, since the crowd was having such a good time.

You won't be sorry!!
I first met our DJ at a close friend's wedding. He was professional & had the dance floor hoppin' until the very end. I then contacted 1, 2 Step for my own wedding & I met with Tricia. She made my decision & planning a breeze. On our day, our DJ made everything run smooth and kept everyone on the dance floor. All of my guests LOVED him!!!
I can't thank 1, 2 Step Entertainment enough for making the DJ planning painless. Very accomodating and everyone shook their bootays!!!

Exactly What We Were Looking For
It was exactly what we were looking for and more.
Nicole & I were really stressing about the ceremony music to get it exactly like we wanted and when we met with our DJ he immediately put all of our concerns to rest. He was very reassuring and accommodating for what we were asking for and we couldn't have had it be better. 1,2 Step is great
I just want to say that working with Tom and Trish from 1,2 Step entertainment was a joy. Each part of my wedding that was handled by 1,2 Step, went by swimmingly. Trish did a fantastic job on our slide show and choosing the correct shade of peach for our ambient lighting. DJ Brent kept the party going until 1 in the morning. Many thanks to all of them.

Gets the crowd going!
What a great DJ anyone could ask for. I met at a bridal show and impressed me there and booked them the next week. I couldn't ask for a better experience and my guests loved the music played and the pre-planning of music online is a great bonus!! So happy I went with them!

Blown Away
We had the privilege of having Tom (DJ) and Josh (MC) host our wedding. We were blown away by their professionalism, energy and organization from beginning to end. They arrived early and were extremely organized with playlists, the event timeline and kept the guests dancing all night. I don't recall the floor being empty for a single song. The songs were mashed so they're music playing every second! That was exactly what we were looking for and they delivered! The sound system wasn't overbearing either!
Our guests left with sore feet after hours of dancing and we can't thank you enough for creating an unforgettable evening for us and our guests!

All of our guests loved so many different things about our DJ from fun music to appropriate sound volumes to good mix of songs. Most people thought the lighting was something the hall put in for us. It was a great night thank you again!
